It has a great and spacious terrace with views of the Bay of La Concha and the gardens of Alderdi Eder.

We value and attach great importance to CLEANING THE APARTMENTS.

For this, we have a professional cleaning company. This company uses top quality products. All our bedding and towels are washed in industrial laundries at more than 60º temperature and the apartments, after each stay, are cleaned with disinfectant products to guarantee both hygiene and 100% safety.

- Exterior main room with double bed with access to the terrace.

- Interior room with two single beds, with an apple patio.

- Complete bathroom with shower.
